If you are coming through Swansea Heads to take advantage of everything that Marmong Point Marina and Lake Macquarie has to offer, then be advised that Swansea Bridge opens at the following times:
Weekdays: On the hour from 6am – 7pm excepting for 8am and 4pm. Bridge Operator requires 1 hour notice.
Weekends and Public Holidays: Automatic opening at
6am,
7am and
8am, and again at
4pm,
5pm,
6pm and
7pm
Note: If bridge is required to be open after 7pm or before 6am – Bridge Operator requires 6 hours notice.
